Description
I created the Literacy Coach Checklist 5 years ago to help develop my "coaching eye." Since then, it has been used as a tool to foster the coach/teacher relationship and to provide direct feedback to teachers during the debriefing process. This process helps teachers become more reflective and because of this has impacted student learning. Since then, I have trained numerous new and experienced coaches using it.
