Thanksgiving Writing- Persuasive Letter to the Farmer from the Turkey
Please Don't Eat Me!
Students will write a friendly letter from the perspective of the turkey asking the farmer not to eat them. My students love this assignment, and I am always impressed with the creative ideas they come up with as reasons not to be eaten.
