This is week 2 of a meal plan that includes breakfast, lunch and dinner with calorie counts. It is a word document, so completely customizable. There is a nice variety of foods and recipes are included. Many meals can be frozen for 3-4 months, so you can cook once and be ready to go in the weeks ahead. Daily calorie totals for all 3 meals range from 995 to 1169, leaving you room to add something else you would like to eat or drink throughout the day or adding more of something to a meal.
