Loyalists & Patriots Brochures
This product includes a publisher file with two pamphlets. One is a pamphlet convincing its reader to become a patriot during revolutionary times. The other is convincing its reader to become a loyalist. These could be used as examples for students to view to create their own, for students to create speeches with, to use as a visual in a lesson, or anything else that you can dream up! Water Filter Experiment- packet
This experiment is great for understanding water filtration. We use 2 liter bottles with the bottom cut off. Students preplan in their groups what materials to use and how to place them in the upsidedown 2 liter. Once the prepare their "filtration system", I pour dirty water in and we collect it (glass baby food jars work great because you can see inside) out of the small opening at the bottom. Students then evaluate what they could improve, empty the 2 liter and try again. We compare all of the

Ever wondered how to teach coding without a computer? It happened to me, so I created my own codes from scratch. You can break your students into teams and give them a set of codes to program the teacher or a group member through a maze. I used masking tape and created a maze throughout the lab.
