這個教案都依照孩子的生活描述出發，有些是孩子的日常日記，有利於孩子未來書寫自己的心理語言與想法。
使用方式＊本教材沒有標準答案＊學齡前的孩子可以由父母看內容，協助孩子利用首先、然後、接下來等句子去將相同經驗描述清楚。＊可以練習識字的小孩可以自行閱讀題目，再用畫圖的方式將每個步驟畫下來，大一點的孩子在文章上標示1.2.3.4等順序，可以讓孩子練習未來筆記的判別方式。
