This workbook series will help guide young scientists through the scientific method and create a positive family experience. All 3-grade level versions of the Science Fair Project Guide are included for a discount rate. We will guide students, parents, and teachers in navigating a science fair project.

The Kindergarten and First graders will develop experiments focusing on 2 changes. They will learn to create original investigations that make their first science fair a positive experience.

Second and third graders will expand their projects to include 3 levels of the independent variable and start doing 2 trials or more.

Fourth and fifth graders will independently create original investigations focusing on 3 or more levels and deciding how many trials they should perform. What a great way to prepare for middle school!

The series is divided into 3 groups, K-1, 2nd-3rd, and 4th-5th. This gives the students two years with the same expectations to help them become more familiar. It helps families to also feel more confident by not overwhelming them.

Is your fair virtual or being performed from home?

A pre-created template for Easel by TPT is included. We added text boxes, movable pieces, and a few extra tips. Just click "Open in Easel" on the product page. We included every page in the workbook but you can modify as needed. The answer keys are still there. You may also want to send the workbook in chunks to the students. Use caution if students are performing the experiment with their device next to the supplies. You may find you prefer to print the papers, but this gives you flexibility.
