This includes the 15 slide PPT of the solid vs. liquid fats at an organic chemistry level. I used this with my nutrition and foods class--this class was mostly with freshmen and they were able to understand it. Some background information on the basic idea of bonds with o-chem is still needed.
If you use all of these pieces, this could turn into a 2-day lesson or a 70-90 minute lesson with higher level students.
