Integrity--what does it really mean and how do we apply it?Integrity means: being the same in all situations. Often, we change who we are based on who we're talking to. But, when we do, we are the ones who lose out. When we change ourselves to control how we're perceived, we cut ourselves off from being seen and known. Integrity requires bravery--to be seen and met where we are. Having integrity also grants permission to those around us to be seen for who they are.
