YOGA GAME AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: THE YOGA DICE
This easy movement game teaches children Yoga poses while boosting flexibility and attention to detail.  Print the yoga dice downloadable page. Laminate each page individualy and cut out (or have the child cut out, depending on the age) the dice. Bend all the corners and put some strong glue on the flaps. Glue all the sides together and you are ready to play!! Divide children in groups of 4 and ask them to take turns throwing the dice. Whatever pose comes up, is the pose they all have to do.
