Use the laminated poster on a math bulletin board to state the answer to a math problem and then have students write what the question could be and hang possible questions around the poster. Students can write on post-its, scratch pieces of paper, or blank laminated cards and you could specify further requirements like, "It must be a two-step story problem using subtraction." Students love to show off their creative story problems that meet the answer you provide.

Students struggle with fraction, decimal, percent conversion and scientific notation. In my school for 7th grade, we do a daily chart. I create a book and everyday we complete the chart. The number of the day matches with the number of days we have been in school. I then make up a fraction, decimal, percent, and scientific notation and we practice converting them and ordering them. They ace this by the end of the year from all of the daily practice!
