Research Poster*Editable
Here is an editable research poster. It's 8.5x14. It's filled out for research about animals, but you could change it to whatever you wanted. There are two lines on the poster where I will have my students fold the sides inward to make a foldable of sorts. On the outside, they will draw a picture of the animal they researched in their habitat. On the back, they will draw a map of where in the world their animal can be found.

Students will use the book, Rain Forests: Magic Tree House Research Guide as a resource in creating a new fairy tale, based on Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Students will change the setting, characters, objects, etc. of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs so that it becomes a Rain Forest fairy tale. I have used this with students in grades 1-3 successfully. My students love the outcome of their recreated fairy tale and they went to many rooms to share it with other students.
