Reading Interest Inventory (RII) guided reading groups
This is a reading interest inventory asking students to rate themselves as readers, who read to them when they were younger, and what they think is the hardest part of reading among other things. Students also put a check next to things they would enjoy reading or like to read. I used this for my guided reading groups to help me choose books.
