This is a fun activity you would have your class do after learning about Capacity. I include a quick review of the measurements of gallon, quart, pint, and cup. In this it will show your class an example of a Capacity Creature. It gives them the directions to make a Capacity Creature along with a grading rubric at the end to show them how it will be graded. Fantasy Vacation Internet Research Project
This lesson plan was designed to increase the computer literacy and internet research skills of 7th and 8th grade English Language Learners with very little experience with computers. Students use the internet to schedule a flight, hotel, transportation and visits to attractions within a two-week time span. Students must carefully budget their expenses.
