Students will learn the difference between their Resting, Fat burning, Aerobic, Anaerobic, and VO2 Max heart rate. Through this unit, students will individually administer four different fitness tests in order to discover their VO2 max heart rate.By gathering this information about their VO2 max they will be able to then discover what their personal fitness heart training zones are.
