Diversity in the Classroom
Use this resources to share with your Education & Training students the importance of diversity and inclusion in their future classrooms. Students will create a virtual classroom library for any month during the year. Personally, I use this resource during African American History Month but you can easily adapt to any month of they year.

Mise en Place Videos from Eater You tube Channel
This is a student assignment developed for the videos on the Eater You Tube channel that focus on Mise en Place. Mise en place is the most important concept for beginning culinary students!! This assignment could be used as a lab make-up or for a home work assignment. All the videos can use the same questionaire attached. With 30 videos on the channel, there is a variety of culinary styles, types of chefs, different regional and international foods that are attractive to all students.

NYC Subway System
This is a Google Slides presentation explaining how to read the subway map. I created this for remote digital learning. It has a YouTube video with information on how to use the subway as well as Screencastify videos explaining different parts of the map. This lesson is to help improve map skills and learn how to read a subway map.

Japanese Chindogu Engineering Prototype Project (Engineering)
Chindōgu is the Japanese artform of inventing and constructing consumer products that are functional, yet completely useless.
