17 years of teaching experience in Family and Consumer Science with a focus on Culinary and Nutrition.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I'm an old school teacher who believes that students should read, write out their understanding of terminology and processes. I also love classroom discussion, projects, notes, and interactive workbooks. I use google apps, rubrics, flashcards and labs also.
