TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been a high school teacher for the last 10 years. I have experience in English, Art, Social Studies, and Career Planning. I always feel like I am doing the best job when my assignments take a little bit of inspiration from each.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I like to capture the attention of my students by connecting the classic to the modern. I love horror and all the geeky stuff. You'll find a lot of it here... If one student goes home and watches a Hitchcock film... I've done my job.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I am a published author and illustrator of picture books. Check out "Zombie Makes 3" and "Junior Neuroscientist." Check me out on Instagram @last_class_on_the_left and check out my art and books @kristina.c.andres

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

Bachelor of Arts- University of Victoria, BC; Bachelor of Education- University of Victoria, BC

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I don't know how to put this but I'm kind of a big deal. People know me. I'm very important. I have many leather-bound books and my apartment smells of rich mahogany.
