oxford sight words sorted into sounds supporting jolly phonics
Our school, along side a speech pathologist, have sorted the oxford sight words into sounds which support the jolly phonics program. There are 7 phases of words that can be sounded out and follow the introduction of sounds jolly phonics uses. There are 100 tricky words which can not be sounded out and follow different 'rule' patterns. I have also made flash cards in these colour sets which you can purchase from my store.

These are all the math vocabulary words I accumulated over the course of teaching 5th and 6th grade math, neatly tucked inside a very huge powerpoint presentation. (258 slides!) One file will animate the word first, the other animates the definition first.

Boss of the Plains Vocabulary Quiz
Here is an original vocabulary quiz for the story 'Boss of the Plains' that utilizes all of the words from that story's abbreviated version in the book.

My Side of the Mountain - Vocabulary List
A list of vocabulary words that correspond with the "My Side of the Mountain" Literature Unit and Vocabulary Activities.
