This five scaled rubric was created to measure social growth for high school students with Asperger's or ASD. It could also be used for middle school children. I use it through out the year to show growth. It measures seventeen areas in which students tend to struggle. Some of them include hygiene, identify emotions in others and handling frustration, etc. I used this in Illinois as my Type 3 Assessment to show student growth.
