Reading Behavior Checklists
These reading behavior checklists are based on Fountas and Pinnell's characteristics of readers at levels A through Z. Use this sheet to assess students on the reading and spelling of Jan Richardson high frequency words. This sheet is organized by level with multiple columns for dates and accuracy percentage levels so you can track their progress of each level over time.
