I created a Protein Synthesis Book Project for my Biology 1 class. The document is a rubric for the students to follow. Cover page, 2 pages on DNA structure and function, 2 pages on mRNA structure and function, 3 pages on Transcription, 3 pages on Translation, and 2 pages on Mutations. Key questions and statements are listed that students need to answer. Grading guidelines at the bottom of the page, I made mine out of 30 points, but you can adjust numbers.
