I used these forms for AVID tutorials when I was a coordinator and AVID teacher. I have also used these forms for math forums and in science in the elementary grades. It can be used for any content class. I have the students bring a question they are struggling with and then the other students use higher level questions (Costa) to guide the struggling student. I find this to be a great learning tool and a great higher level thinking activity. I have included several options to choose from.
