This is a blank weight training log I use for my weight training classes. It has two days worth of workout space in the spreadsheet. When I print it out I make it front and back so you have 4 days on one page. If you want your students to have a digital copy of the workout log you can copy and paste as many blank days into the spreadsheet that you want.
