1 week Distance Learning Activity Log (Physical Education)
This one week activity Log will allow a student to log minutes of activity as well as the activity itself. There is also a space for you to add a writing prompt to the log so the students can give you data as well as having a written aspect to to the assignment. I am having students turn this in once a week to maintain the CA state activity required when the students are not present at school. This could include times such as home and hospital or the COVID-19. This log can be paired or matc

Daily Physical Activity Assignment
I built this in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic to give kids an assignment that prompted them to do some physical activity every day. This is designed to be fairly easy and some modifications are already built into the project! Obviously you can add/remove/modify/adapt as appropriate for your students!

This circuit training board is a great base to create any exercise circuit you'd like! I use strengthening exercises for my kids, as a PT, but you can customize each of the exercises to whichever you'd like!I ask the child to pick their favorite song and then they do the exercises on the circuit until the music stops!Have fun!
