I built this in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic to give kids an assignment that prompted them to do some physical activity every day. This circuit training board is a great base to create any exercise circuit you'd like! I use strengthening exercises for my kids, as a PT, but you can customize each of the exercises to whichever you'd like!I ask the child to pick their favorite song and then they do the exercises on the circuit until the music stops!Have fun!
