NUMERACY: A CHILD'S BOOK OF NUMBERS, NUMERALS & HISTORY
This book is a fun introduction for children to know the varied origin of numbers. They practice writing ancient numerals, as well! It is a good way to share understanding of the variations. Use it in lieu of an assessment or for a project grade. Thanks so much for visiting and supporting our humble shop. It is good to note we still retain bits of the ancient world. For instance, we still retain the 60 from ancient Sumeria. 60 minutes to an hour, etc. 60 was like base 10 to us!
