The "in and out warm up" is a great option for a fitness based warm up or a full fitness based lesson. The combination of running on the outside and exercises on the inside of the designated area allows students to work the cardiovascular system as well as muscular strength and endurance. The PowerPoint presentation is complete with timers and GIF exercises for constant feedback and reference for the students. Its as simple as starting the presentation and letting the students work.
