This is a great tool to use when trying to organize and send home all classwork/homework. I collect all homework each day. It got to be too much trying to correct it and then send home the same day. On Fridays students pass out all the homework from the week and classwork. Students bring folders home on Friday and return them back on Monday without any papers, only tests. Every year, students on my caseload share their self-advocacy brochure with teachers and staff. It helps them with communicating information about their hearing loss and accommodations. The headings on the brochure can be edited so it is specific to your student, along with the information on each page. I included my student's brochure as an example. Kids of all ages love printing out a copy for each of their teachers, writing their name on it and handing it off in the beginning of the year.

When using this, I usually split my class into two groups. I have one group as "presenters" and one group as "learners." Students share a project they have been working on while classmates walk around the room learning about the projects and taking notes using this graphic organizer. I then have the groups switch places so that the learners are now presenters and the presenters are now learners.
