This project is an activity to help students better understand how science is relevant to their daily lives by connecting their science education to popular culture and media. The purpose of this activity is for students to compare real-life scientific principles to their depictions in popular movies and TV shows, and evaluate if they media depictions are accurate enough to be used to develop educational materials.
