High school informational text flash cards for International Baccalaureate
Argumentative Text Vocabulary Set
Use this vocabulary set to help your students learn terms associated with argumentative text! The first item in this set is an anchor chart! I have students glue this into their Reading Notebook!The second page is a set of cards with just the definitions. I print this page on cardstock, and I have students write the correct terms on the back. They then cut them out and turn them into flashcards! Teach social language with this great game!
Use the game board, or use the cards alone. Each player picks a card with every turn. Use a spinner with numbers to determine how far that player goes. After reading the social situation on the cards provided, determine if the situation was sour or sweet. Sort the cards into the appropriate candy jar.
