Experience the Moon Phases Discovery Lab
Students create and actually see the moon phases as they change the alignment between the Earth, Moon, and Sun. You only need the following supplies (styrofoam balls, popcicle sticks or sharpened pencils, and a light without a lamp shade) as seen in the picture, along with the Lab Sheet I have created to go with this hands-on activity.
