This lesson is specifically for teaching how an author conveys purpose and point of view through their diction and how they respond to conflicting points of view and evidence. The lesson includes a Quizizz and an assignment which is linked into the PPT. The lesson uses the article, "25 Years Later, Hubble Sees Beyond Troubled Start", as a basis for its questions but can easily be adapted for other texts.
