With the new standards and Engage NY/Eureka Math curriculum I have had many concerned/angry parent emails. Math teachers get all the complaints! Research Paper in an Alternate Media
This year we wrote our research papers in a different form. We made a "dossier." Using Microsoft Publisher or a similar software, we wrote the same paper but it looked different. I found that by allowing them the use of graphics, design, illustration and color, I had better papers and a higher number of students turned in the paper.
