Do you have a really hard time teaching main idea and summary while reading informational texts? Good! I'm not the only one.
To help teach this concept better, I started looking around for graphic organizers and found out that they are really hard to find. So, I created my own.
The first copy is what I used in class this week, but if I could have gone back and tweaked it for my kids I would have made the text boxes larger so that they could use sticky notes. I made that for you.
