Fill-in-the-blank notes, to be used with the first 4 mins of the Crash Course World History video, "The Middle Ages" (found on YouTube). Used this with 7th graders, so I always showed them the video multiple times in order for them to get any they missed. Usually gave them time to work in their small groups afterward to go over their work, too. Formatted two to a page, in order to save paper. In Word Doc format so you can edit it to meet your needs :)
