This document is a blank template for students to take reading or discussion notes on each individual scene of Romeo and Juliet. Space is provided for act and scene labels, events and characters, questions and unfamiliar words, and figurative language. Most versions of the play have 24 scenes. To have a box for each scene you need 12 pages total, one of the first page and eleven of the second page.

I used this for teaching drama terms in my ELA class. Cut the first page in half so that each student has a half sheet for their notes. The terms on the second page should be written or typed in bold on individual colored sheets and placed around the room.
