Clinic Pass/Reminder For Medication
For the School Nurse or Teacher! Use these clinic passes to remind students when to come to the clinic for daily medication. Write the student's name and their medication time, then cut and laminate if you choose! The teacher can keep it on her clipboard, or give to the student to keep.
