Writing Checklist
"Don't forget to check for CUPSS!" is a common phrase I use in my classroom. My students know when they are writing it is important to make sure they are checking for:
1. Capitalization -their sentence begins with a capital letter 2.Understanding - does your sentence make sense
3. Punctuation - does your sentence have the correct punctuation mark(s)
