Calming Mindfulness Meditation Script for Testing (2-3 minutes)
Our school counselors have asked us to do mediation with student's before STAR testing, so this is the script I developed to use with students. The language seems best fitted for middle school or high school students, but could easily be adapted for elementary as well.
