This is a Digital Reading Log that I've used since Covid started - It's pretty easy to link into Google Classroom or your LMS (I use Schoology). Please make a copy of the file and edit it in any way to make it yours.I've used this monthly and quarterly. Once students have their own copies, it's pretty straight forward for them to update.
