This unit is based upon sub-topics within geology including properties of rocks and minerals, distinguishing between rocks and minerals, the shapes of minerals in crystals, igneous rocks and volcanoes, volcanoes, underwater volcanoes, sedimentary rocks and fossils, geodes, metamorphic rocks, the rock cycle, and classifying rocks and minerals. These slides will have to modified based upon your own rock samples and numbers. It is also used with the Stories in Stone manual.
