I created this project as a way to bring in some kinesthetic learning to my Government class! Essentially, a group of students are given a set of 20 building blocks. Each building block contains an excerpt from a famous Supreme Court opinion (ex. Marbury v. Madison, Brown v. Board, etc.). They follow the directions and stack the building blocks into a 4x5 wall. I came up with this activity as a review game for identifying the different categories of crimes in a High School Law class. I recommend providing rewards for getting bingo like small pieces of candy. It will be easier than you think to get a bingo with the Dark Knight.
