This is one of the lessons I originally created for remote learning. It includes links to 19 recipes that are iconic foods in NYC or from restaurants in New York City. The recipes I chose include a variety of ingredients, ethnicities, skill levels, and time to prepare. Since some students may not be able to buy extra food, I volunteered to pick up items they will need. Since students are cooking at home, there is a two page reflection for students to complete to show they completed the activity.
