TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Starting with two years as a Technology Education teacher, I then taught for 14 years as a special education teacher with a double certification in math. Now I live internationally and teach high school mathematics in international schools.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My goal is to provide maximum differentiation, with as much curriculum as possible to be in the hands of the students. This way, they are responsible for their work, with boundaries that I set. The majority of my teaching time is spent with individual students so that I can build into their lives.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Born and reared in Florida, I then lived in Virginia for 16 years where I went to Virginia Tech, hiked the Appalachian Trail, and began my career. Then I fell in love with my beautiful wife and moved to live by Lake Michigan with her. We have since moved our family overseas to live and explore internationally.
