Healthy Eating - Interpreting yesterdays meals
Healthy eating and Healthy living.
Helping students understand how the foods they eat affect them and how they fit into the Food Pyramid. By allowing students to input their meals for one day, gives them the chance to see what they are eating, and ask questions linked to how their eating could improve individually or as a family.

Exercise Wheel for Ages 3+
This is an editable template for an Exercise Wheel printed on 8.5" X 11" paper.
Page 1 is the wheel base and page 2 is a sheet of arrows. Use brass fasteners to attach arrows.
I used an X-acto to slice an X in the middle of the wheel to hold the brad in place and a regular hole-punch to punch the arrow so it would be able to spin freely. When attaching the brass fastener, be sure to leave space above the paper so the arrow is not held tightly.

Editable Toilet Passes
These pink and blue toilet passes will help keep track of who has been during the day. I'm finding my 3rd graders are needing to go all the time and it's driving me nuts. So from now on they get one free pass to the toilet and if they have to go again during the day they'll owe time.

All About Me bulletin board reusable posters
These bulletin board posters can be used all year or for thematic teaching. In my classroom each student gets to be the 'star' on the bulletin board for two weeks. He/she has an opportunity to share the posters with the class and answer their questions. I also invite the children to bring photos to add to the bulletin board. Food Chart for Finicky Eaters
This chart was designed for my six year old at home, not for my middle schoolers.
