As part of our aspects of citizenship unit, my grade 5s had to take this "citizenship test" to participate in our Citizenship ceremony. It is 5 pages and can be modified to your specific needs and is based on the Ontario Curriculum. It discussed rights and responsibilities, the electoral process, and had a variety of sections to aim to hit as many different types of learners as possible. Each has the president's picture, date they served, background color indicates party affiliation, the US flag while they were in office, and what state they hailed from.
