STAAR Lingo Word Wall
This is a STAAR Lingo word wall put together by several reading teachers on my campus. We looked through the 3rd-6th grade Reading STAAR tests and found words that might be tricky or confusing for our students.
For example, convey, reveal, & illustrate all mean "show".
We then sorted them into eight categories: Show, Poetry, Drama, Theme, Proof, Figurative Language, Story Structure, & Story Elements.
