Factors, Multiples & Primes - Complete Unit of Work
In this unit, students will learn about factors, multiples, prime numbers and some of their mathematical applications. They will begin by looking at how to find multiples and factors of numbers, then go on to study the nature of prime numbers, decomposing a composite number into its prime factors, and finding common factors and multiples of 2 numbers, including the HCF and the LCM. The unit will be finished off by looking at how the HCF and the LCM can be used to solve problems.

In this unit, students will learn about how to continue, describe and generate sequences. They will start by learning about different types of sequences, including how to describe arithmetic sequences using the term-to-term rule.
