Soil Sample Observation Sheet FREEBIE!
I created this form for my students to use as we study rocks and soil. I have each student bring in a soil sample from home after we have studied the different types of soil. They then explore the sample and fill out this sheet to record what they find. It is always a fun time and the kids love being told to play in the dirt and get messy!
