SAR/OER Feedback Guide
It took me FOREVER to grade students short answers. Since OER/SARs are on the STAAR, I knew we would be writing about one a week. I devised this list so that when I was grading OER/SARs, all I would have to do is write numbers on the paper. The students would then reference this piece of paper to receive their feedback. It became so effective that I could grade an entire classes answers in under an hour. It's a great time saver.
