Learning Skills Self Evaluation

Google sheets to record and track attendance, conduct, classwork and homework, using a 4 point rubric and monthly points for behaviors for each month. Included are monthly conduct goals. This is for the months of September to December. Feedback and suggestions welcomed to make improvements on the January to June months addition. I hope this makes record keeping a bit more manageable.
